Hello -

Unable to recieve emails. Status in the bottom left corner of the screen says "You are online", but when trying to refresh to receive emails, I get the message "Your connection has timed out".

Unable to send emails. The SMTP server is not recognized.

From DOS Command Prompt: 

   mail.<our server>.com retrieves the IP.
   imap.<our server>.com retrieves the IP address.  <= this is being used by other users without issues.
   smtp.<our server>.com does NOT retrieve the IP. <= This is being used by other users.


Reinstalled Thunderbird, recreated account, etc. Disabled all firewalls and virus protection. Same results.

Does the problem change if you have started **Windows** in Safe Mode?
