Search bar vs URL bar size no longer holds.

I like to have my Favorites Icon in the exact middle of the screen. I was able to do this by first adjusting the URL vs Search sizes with the drag and THEN with customize add the Favorites icon between them. After a recent update this no longer works. When I add in the icon the URL & Search bars jump back to their original position. They no longer remember where they were set. This is definitely different, and a loss.

Hi, it would seem that this is a bug introduced in v76, but fixed in v77 which is scheduled for release on 2nd June.
