When I go to my secure Aetna web site and try to open a form you are blocking the form from loading in a new window and I want to be able to open the form

I do not think it is a popup blocker issue since I unchecked the blocker and disabled it. It is a form in a new page that I am trying to open and that is being blocked.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
