"Show all bookmarks" has gone missing and I can't organise my bookmarks - why?

When I click on the Bookmarks button I no longer see "Show all bookmarks". I cannot, therefore, organise my bookmarks. All new bookmarks are going straight into the unsorted bookmarks folder and I can't move them from there. This has only been the case since the latest update to Firefox, which was downloaded about 2 days ago.

You've moved it to the bloody bottom, you dozy bastards. That's fine for people with a short list of bookmarks, but how's anyone with a very long list supposed to see it there? FFS
