a webpage appears in a different Enconding alone .. but the other websites take its automatic encoding correctly else this

all webpages take its automatic encoding as English or Arabic or even Chinese ... but a specific page in Arabic take western encoding and i cant read it until i switch encoding to Arabic windows manually not automatic like others although i tried open this page in another browser and it worked good but there is some thing may i did in firefox settings ..... i need your help to make its Encoding arabic automatically
