my download helper does not have a download tab next it after I updated, where did it go?

There used to be a small tab next to the download helper icon and when it animated and could download a video. After updating, there is no tab for youtube videos. where or how do i turn it back on? thank you

There is an update (4.9.3) on the versions page for the missing drop marker.
