I have a email account janina.dulny@me.com at an android. I also have the same account at an IPhone. All the mails come through to my Iphone but not to My thunderbird at my Android. At my Android I also get messages that my autheticaton has failed and in connection to me.com adress. What to do? It is very important to me to make it workshop!! Hi Janina

Try going to settings > account > fetching mail > incoming server

Click next through the screens and see if authentication completes successfully. If authentication fails, check the user name and password are correct.

Repeat for steps on the sending mail > outgoing server page.

You could also login to your email providers web portal to test there's no issue with your password or account.
