debug text on private tab

When I open a new tab, it says "I'm a temporary text to indicate you're on the new Tab Fragment"

Seems like a bug and I didn't know the best place to report it

it's not just the private tab, it's sitting in the normal tabs for me

just a note that this issue will be fixed in version 142 scheduled to go out on August 18 (see bug 1976648).
