To be fair, it does appear to be the first time you have asked so please give us a chance - we are doing our best to help.

What happens when you install the LastPass add-on?

If you select the Customise option in the Firefox menu (or right click in a space on the toolbar), are you able to drag the icon to the toolbar from an overflow list?
