I've had problems replying to an email that until today caused no problem. I get a 'Permanent Error" message with a "Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:"

We have corresponded some 8-10 times without this happening. Can you help? I obscured my email address in the attachment for security purposes.

This is not caused by Thunderbird. Error code 554 means IP-Blocking: See if your IP address has been blocked.

Messages are blocked and cannot be received by the recipients because the sender's IP address has been added in the ERS database. Recipients using ERS to block spam messages will not receive messages.
