I run NordVPN and it works just fine. Usually. I am also running Firefox version 66.0.5 and Trend Microsystems Maximum Security.

Whenever I try to connect to my Trend Microsystems account, with the NordVPN running, I get a "Problem Loading Page' Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at gr.trendmicro.com.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

Whenever I simply disconnect the VPN server, things work as I expect.

I don't know ifn it is Firefox, Trend Microsystems, or NordVPN that is screwing things up. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix?

That would mean the site needs to verify that your from the location your claiming to be from and if the VPN is located outside the country of residence then it will not work properly. It sounds more like the VPN when switched on controls the access point to the internet. So you would need to contact the VPN support and ask them how to configure the VPN to your usage.

Could be a problem with the DNS service that the VPN uses.

Firefox has a DNS Lookup tool that you can access via the about:networking page.
