Yes, I've whitelisted the page for cookies.

No, I haven't been able to log in for months.

Yes, I've been trying to report bugs and ended up having to report them here or in feedback instead of there.

It works for me. I was using bugzilla.mozilla.org whilst logged in earlier today.

It's probably does not help too much reporting bugs in feedback. Reporting bugs here initially is possibly your best bet, but of course bugzilla is a great resource for tracking down and following bugs.

Are you able to use bugzilla.mozilla.org ok without logging in ? For instance you can search for bugs ok ?

Please be careful though to ensure anything that you do post on bugzilla is appropriate. They have pretty stringent requirements on what should be posted. See

What happens if you try to login?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, cache, and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

1. Search kinda-sorta works. It does find results. It messes up the list of results, so even on a big external monitor, the results don't fit in the window and require a lot of lateral scrolling. I don't know if it misses many results.

2. Login doesn't work at all. If I try to log in, I get a message saying "The username or password you entered is not valid." If I try to reset my password, I get a message saying "There is no user named [username]. Either you mis-typed the name or that user has not yet registered for a Bugzilla account. " I have both my old username and old password written down.

1. Can you attach a screenshot of how the results show for you to see if there are adjustments possible that are acceptable for you.

2. Are you using the user name or the email address to login on Bugzilla?

You need to use the latter (i.e. the email address) to login to your account. Easiest is to use the Firefox Password Manager then you do not need to worry. If you use a master password that is sufficiently strong then this should protect you against possible others that may have access to your computer.

Are you aware that Bugzilla uses a completely separate registration process and login database than this support form uses?

You cant use your credentials for this forum at Bugzilla.

I was thinking if you made bug comments or filed bugs and remembered some of the links or bug numbers we should be able to check you still have an active account.

On the other hand if you have not been very active on bugzilla it may be just as easy to register again.

As I mentioned earlier Bugzilla may not be the best place to report problems unless you are a technically minded sort of person.
