MY firefox is not like the one in the RESET window, How do I reset version 26??
The header is different to the one shown on the help page so I cant find the " trouble shooting information " that is shown in help

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
There are other things that need your attention.
Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove all (older) version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and (re)install the latest Flash player.

If you simply want to reset Firefox, then click on Orange Firefox button > >Click on Help > Click on Troubleshooting information.
a new page will open with troubleshooting information on the right side you will see Reset Firefox Option. Please see the attached images for help.
alternatively you can also type about:support into the address bar to get to the page with the reset button...
