how to remove the showing of the bars when moving mouse to top when in full screen

There is no setting to change this.
An alternative to this is using PWA, by going to More tools > Create shortcut or Apps > Install this site as an app. once you have done this, you can open it like an app, and it will be a seperate window by itself.
