Hi,

I am using macbook pro latest one, and when I use firefox and scroll down from my wireless Mouse to the bottom of the page, the scroll bar jumps to the top while working, is there a fix for this.

Thanks

Hi Jag, is the issue you're describing similar to this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1577659#answer-1822526

Hi Konstantina,

Thank you for your reply not exactly this. see if you look at the screenshot attached, and if you can see the cursor at the top marked with purple arrow, that moves Automatically to the bottom of the page, marked by the green arrow. This is happening automatically while im scrolling or if I move to another tab and come back to this screen the cursor automatically moved to the bottom.

Any help how to fix this would be great.

Thanks Jag

Hey Jag, sorry for the late reply. Could you see if you have activated caret browsing? You can see by looking if the "always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages. " preference is on - check here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/accessibility-features-firefox#w_using-a-keyboard-to-navigate-within-webpages
