It appears you are running the old EOL Windows 7 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support

Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.32.0esr and last planned update 115.33.0esr on Feb 24 is the most current version you can run on Windows 7.

Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10. 11 to run. Though another option to use current versions of Firefox is to perhaps dual boot with a current Linux distro. Though I suggest using the Firefox Linux tarballs from Mozilla to get internal Firefox updates from Mozilla even if the distro version is no longer updated.

If you do try Linux and your CPU is a older 32-bit CPU then then most current version you should run is Firefox 140 ESR as 145.0 and later dropped 32-bit Linux support.
