Windows 11 Firefox crashed on opening continuously so unable to safe open etc. Did update intel graphics to no avail. Uninstalled in add programs in settings. Did not choose to delete data. Reinstalled and now can't find my profile.

  1. Do you have an Old Firefox data folder on your desktop?
  2. Are there any folders in the Firefox Profiles folder? You can access it by going to about:support, clicking Open Folder next to Profile Folder and going one level up.
