To you resolve the technical issue, you can try these standard formatting fixes:

BUT, make sure you REMOVE your personal Info that you posted.

Use E.164 Format: Many systems require the international E.164 standard. They should try entering the number as +4915739089812—removing all spaces and the leading 0 if it's currently there.

Alternative Prefix: If the + isn't accepted, try using 0049 followed by the number (e.g., 004915739089812).

Drop the Country Code: If the website has a "Country" dropdown menu where they've already selected "Germany," they should only enter the local part: 15739089812.

Update Region Settings: If they are using an app or device, they may need to change their region to Germany in the settings to allow for longer local number formats.
