Hi Linda, did Firefox suggest downloading an update because the internal updating feature didn't work?

The internal updating feature is part of the "About" dialog. The following article has more info:

Update Firefox to the latest release

If you do need to manually download the update, you can get the latest installer from here:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/win64/

After downloading, click the Downloads button on the toolbar and click the download on the list to start the installer.

When you run the installer, it should detect your existing settings and do an update rather than starting from scratch.
