We tried 2 different computers, but two different users. Type in the user name and the password and it looks like it will start up, but then returns to the login paged.

Thanks, but we've tried on two different computers, with 2 different users on 2 different accounts. I'll Safari or Opera for at least this one bank account. I use Lastpass as my PW manager to log in and I have typed it in manually in case some screwy with Firefox. I'll try troubleshoot mode. Never thought about that.

Thanks for the help though. Steve

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Try putting the login information into a notepad like app and then copy and paste into the site. Make sure there are no spaces before and after the username and password. What version of Firefox?

Using my PC with Firefox as my browser, I am unable to log into my online banking account. If I use Chrome or Edge (or my cell phone), I log into my bank account without any issues. It's been a problem for the past month.
