Hi, where do you see that updates have been disabled? Is that in the About Firefox dialog described in the following article:

Update Firefox to the latest release

It might be set as an Enterprise Policy. To check whether there are any Enterprise Policies set for your installation of Firefox:

Type or paste about:policies in the address bar and press Enter to open that page.

Usually, the "Active" list is empty and says "The Enterprise Policies service is inactive."

Does yours list "DisableAppUpdate" ?

(You can ignore the Documentation tab)

If the internal updater has been blocked, we can suggest options such as: track down and remove the source of the block, use a full installer to bypass it, etc.
