How do i change hotkeys for screenshots and snapvideos alt+C and alt+shift+g, as well as others alt+shift+? That hotkeys trouble to write caps letters with softenings in Latvian language. If these shortcuts are added by an extension then you can edit these shortcut keys on the about:addons page via its cogwheel menu (Manage Extension Shortcuts).

"No extensions have shortcut keys" - that's my message. So it must be default Firefox keys like i wrote above: alt+shift+c and and alt+shift+g
Alt+Shift key combinations are reserved for the access key of buttons on a web page. There is no such combination for a screenshot as far as I know.
Did you try Safe Mode ?

Safe Mode loaded without extensions did not disable shift+alt+c for screenshot and shift+alt+g for video. And i can't even understand where is the place Firefox downloads these screenshots and videos
clarification: it works only with the RIGHT ALT, which actualy is used for Latvian letters
