I am having the problem described by this other user. Before upgrading, if I singled clicked in the URL bar, it highlighted the string, usually https://www.google.ca and I could type my search there. After some recent upgrade I now have to double click in the URL bar to highlight all then begin typing. I tried this suggestion and it didn't do anything. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1168290
