Hi guys. Hoping someone can help....if I click on "Tools" on the toolbar, "options" doesnt work. I don't know if ive disabled something by accident. My 3 bar button seems to be having problems too, nothing happens when I click "add ons" or "customise". Tia from a blonde technophobe.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
