yes when i go into my hotmail email account one of my folders is missing, it contains alot of important messages, any suggestions where it went, i know i did not delete them, thank you

That is a sad news to hear, but I am afraid that mozilla community won't be able to help you as it seems to be a problem with your email service provider. I recommend you to have a question posted to Hotmail.
