could not sign in on firefox. i have my id and pw , but it did not let me sign in so i clicked on send pw reset to my email. never received it. i ended up clicking on another area on firefox and was asked for my id and pw . i entered the same as before and this time it accepted it. so i think everything is ok for now. Tom
