How do you currently initiate an internet connection?

If AOL only supports a browser like IE and not Firefox then you may have to continue using IE to connect and then then start Firefox.

I am not sure, but I believe it is IE. I will check with AOL to see if they support Firefox. I am trying to close my paid account with them.
