my hp deskjet 3522 printer will not work from firefox , but ok with internet explorer

went to hp ,they tested printing from internet explorer. since it worked,i was told to contack firefox. i tried the "about:config" & could not find any "firefox printer setting"

Hello myprob, try to Reset all Firefox printer settings and check it again.
