I cannot even bring firefox up. I am not able to follow the troubleshooting steps as I do not have access to the actual web page. It does not load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Shut off and restarted the pc. Nothing is helping.

Can you bring up the Profile Manager to create a new profile?

You may be able to recover data from an older profile, see:
