need to uninstall and reinstall firefox , It tells me to close google chome windows I get thi message when I go to control panel programs & features high firefox then uninstrall I have done the same process with google chrome

The Firefox uninstaller asks you to close Google Chrome?? That's strange. I assume you have closed ALL browser windows when that happens.

I should ask: why do you need to uninstall and reinstall Firefox? This usually doesn't fix problems with Firefox. Maybe check out this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

The Firefox uninstaller asks you to close Google Chrome?? That's strange. I assume you have closed ALL browser windows when that happens.

I should ask: why do you need to uninstall and reinstall Firefox? This usually doesn't fix problems with Firefox. Maybe check out this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.
