
KIS 11.02.556 detects NSSF3E1.TMP/NS30F2.TMP as PDM.rootshell update 10 to 12.0
When doing update from 10? to 12.0 : Vista Home Basic SP2 KIS 11.02.556 (4/24/2012 7:31am database) detects NSSF3E1.TMP/NS30F2.TMP as PDM.rootshell and sends to quarantine!

Please post the full, complete detection details. Post screenshot of Reports > Detailed Report > Detected threats. Right click the Detected bar, and select Path. Right click the Detected bar again and select File. Then post the screenshot with columns widened to show full detected and name and object and path/location details.
How to take and post screenshot: PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or png, Not bmp). When replying, Browse > click once to select file > Open > Upload > add reply.
Reports > Detailed Report > lower left > Save button > please attach the saved text.

Installing the latest Kaspersky 2012 (12.0.0.374) should fix your problem. You do NOT need to purchase a new Kaspersky license, the existing license will works just fine as long as you upgrade it to the same product line (e.g from KAV 2011 to KAV 2012 or from KIS2011 to KIS 2012).
Looks like false positive, Please send those File to Kaspersky Lab and one of analyser will reply you within few hours
