How can I remove an unwanted 3rd party toolbar from the toolbar set?

My son accidentally installed Brother Soft Extreme toolbar. I uninstalled it from the computer, restarted, and it is still in the toolbars selection window. How can I remove it from there as well?

Hi peahen,

Most toolbars are just add-ons. I would try going to Tools >Add-ons>Extension and removing it from there. You might need to restart Firefox afterwards, but that should be all it takes.
