The page layout is narrow and does not fill the whole of the screen. It loses about a quarter of the page down either side of the screen.

The screen page appears narrower and even trying to zoom in only zoom the detail of the page but still leaves a large margin down the left and right of the page.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
