sudden problem receiving emails using twcbc email

I have been using thunderbird for years, Spectrum recently made changes and now I cannot get my emails. My email address has not changed. I have allowed thunderbird to set up email and I have manually configured the settings per TWC, and thunderbird. I have confirmed the connection but still no new emails are coming in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
