This https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1608380 is a thread on a public community support forum. It is not some form of direct email or ticket system as it shows Community Forums on top.

Any emails you get are automated emails informing you of replies to threads you started or replied in though this is the only thread you both started and replied in.
