VPN does not work
Since i live in Russia we a have tough situation with VPN's. It must be configured on a very proper and high level. It was working for a wile ago. But it stopped for some reason. I would like to send you a log if it could help but i don't know how.

First, the root causes of the situation with VPNs must be removed.

If this is about the paid Mozilla VPN, for dedicated support please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link to file a ticket.
If the issue is with the Beta of browser–based Use built-in VPN in Firefox then please note the service is not available in Russia: support.mozilla.org/questions/1601484

there is no path such as Settings > Help > Contact Support only Settings > Contact Support which leads to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox and your link for ticket is also leads here. And this is the exact same page we are on. So i made this ticket already and you are replying me in it.

I'm talking about built-in extension mozilla vpn stable. ready to send any logs anywhere. Just don't know how and where

Mozilla VPN ("stable") has an extension that is not built–in. If you have subscription attached to the account, that form will take you to the paid products support helpdesk.
If by built–in you mean this feature: Use built-in VPN in Firefox then please check the availability in that document.
