I can't find my incoming server to update settings. I'm using thunderbird Version 153.3.0esr

My local telephone company updated their webmail. Now I can't send or receive emails. I called support and they wanted me to change some outgoing , and incoming server settings. I can't find the incoming server, was able to change settings on outgoing server.
