What is the connection between Mozilla, Thunderbird and Firefox please?
As an 80 year old female gifted with good health, fairly intelligent and a competent driver still able to work I have always struggled with 'AI' as I spent 19 years as an artificial inseminator of cows when computers were only just being invented! I cannot remember how I joined and am happy to pay to continue although I have limited means. Could a human advise me please............

Hi Carol.
It's not too complicated, but perhaps not obvious.
"Mozilla" formally is a non-profit foundation (something most people don't know). You can read about it at https://www.mozillafoundation.org/. The foundation has several subsidiaries. I'll mention two below.
Mozilla Corporation is the subsidiary entity that (primarily) develops Firefox, the browser. It is the organization that most people think of as "Mozilla". You can read about it at https://www.mozilla.org/
MZLA Technologies is the subsidiary entity that develops the Thunderbird family of products: Thunderbird desktop, Thunderbird for Android, Thundermail (now in testing), and soon Thunderbird for iOS. You can read about it at https://www.thunderbird.net/
Hope that helps.
