I believe someone got a hold of my email please help recover my account. It keeps crashing in not backing up. Thanks to who it my concern I'm losing a lot of data.

Is your antivirus enabled on that PC? Please create a backup of your data before running the program, as Thunderbird may crash.

Try to start up in troubleshooting mode. Try to fix the damaged folder using our folder repair options. Go to the damaged folder, right-click on it, choose Properties, and select Repair Folder. Click on OK.
