Can't download messages on one of my computers.

Can't download messages on one of my computers. Account icons show locked, I think. See attached file. Downloads were working but now can't download anything newer than 01 June. How can I "unlock" the accounts? All my other computers are downloading messages just fine.

Updated to latest version of Thunderbird. Getting messages now :-)
