How do I backup my settings, and restore them to another device?

I'd like to 1) Backup my settings periodically 2) Transfer the settings to a new device to migrate my Firefox settings I do not want to use a cloud account.

Hi,

I don't think it's possible without Sync. Even if it is, it would be quite a complicated digging into the Android filesystem (that also requires deep knowledge of the Firefox architecture).
