Bitdefender is suddenly preventing me visiting sites that I usually visit, especially a current Christmas Santa letter site that I need to complete and send.

I know the sites are secure (unless something is happening that I don't know about). I just want to get onto them, especially the Christmas site. Is it to do with Bitdefender?? I hope someone can help as the letter I want to write is getting time sensitive.

Blessings and very many thanks to both jonzn4SUSE and jscher2000 for your constructive replies. I'm very elderly and I think a technophobe (right word?) but even my family couldn't help. As jonzn4SUSE was the first with an answer I disabled Bitdefender but the message was still on screen, so I closed down my computer left it a few minutes then rebooted. Halleluljah ?? No Bitdefender message so I reinstated Bitdefender - no more messages. It's early days, I still keep getting popups on screen but these quickly disappear before I have time to read them - no idea who they're from. So it's fingers crossed. As the Bitdefender message disappeared on reboot I couldn't send a screenshot (not that I'd know how to do that!). I'm just so pleased I was able to complete the letters to/from Santa for my great granddaughter. Very many thanks again both.

Is there an option to allow the site? How about disabling Bit.

Could you share a screenshot of the Bitdefender message? Depending on what it says, there could be different ways to address the issue.
