Hi Kim,

Please try going into your App Library and see if you can find Firefox from it. If that's the case, it's possible that you may just accidentally remove the app from your Home Screen.

To add it back, you can simply long-press on the Firefox icon from the App Library and drag it to your Home Screen to add it back.
