separate columns for "from name" and "from address"

I constantly get emails that say they are from a legitimate sender, but the actual email address is clearly not legitimate.

Right now, the "From" column shows sender address as "SENDER <senderaddress@senderdomain.com>"

Because of my font settings, etc, the <senderaddress> is sometimes cutoff.

How can I show two from columns, one with "SENDER" and the second with "<senderaddress>"
