I am now using TB 140.2.1esr (64-bit). When I click on the icon at the end of an address, it is no longer giving me the option to save or edit it. Can this be fixed?

Does the same thing happen in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB, or Help/Troubleshoot Mode)?
