Thunderbird stopped connecting to the mail server on 9/1. Whenever it restarts we get a message that the connection to the server has been reset, and if we try to send a message, I get: "Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) regattanetwork.com timed out. Try again."

This is only occurring with Thunderbird, other users/other email clients are not having this issue. This system has been working fine up until this issue started.

Here are the environmental details:

Windows 11 Home (2025-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5064081) (26100.5074)) Thunderbird version: 140.2.0esr (32-bit)

Server is using SSLTLS with passwords.
