Recently when I try to use the PCH.com search in their emails, I get this message; "HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long." Is this a PCH problem or Firefox and can I fix it?

It can be a cookie issue. Being on that site, try to click the shield icon in the address bar and click Clear cookies and site data.
