구글메일 불러오기
법인 기업입니다. 퇴사자의 구글 메일을 백업 후 열람을 위해 썬더버드를 사용하려고 합니다. 개인폴더 > 설정을 통해 '스팸함 및 휴지통을 포함한 모든 메일.mbox' 파일까지 생성되었고, 퇴사자 메일함에 있던 메일 제목까지 확인 가능합니다. 하지만 해당 메일을 눌러도 우측 화면에 내용 전체가 나오질 않습니다. 해결 방법을 알고 싶습니다.

If you are accessing a copy of the mbox, and not directly on the Google account, my guess is there may be missing content of some of the messages. That is not uncommon, depending on how the account was set up. The msf file will have the complete index, but message content may not be there. I suggest attempting to access the folder within the account online if possible.
