What do I use for an email address setup in Thunderbird.

Thunderbird requires and email address. I do not have an email provider.

I have my own private domain. I want an email address for that domain.

It turns out that each individual Thunderbird email address and password must match each individual forwardemail.net alias address and password. I also didn't check the IMAP/POP box.
