Tags pane folders in 115.15 broken after downgrade

I have been very happily using 115.15. Then, yesterday, I was upgraded to a new version that breaks my extensions. Thus I deleted the compatibility.ini file and downloaded 115.15 and installed that (windows os btw). Now everything works beautifully, except for the tags panel. The message number in the tags panel in the folder panel on the left does not update, and no messages appear in the message pane when I click on one of the tags.

What can I do to get this to work again?

What extensions broke?

This is not an extension. This is the pane that shows up on the left once you select Tags under Views>Folders.
